Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to AI Agent Avatar Platform operated by ACM Platforms. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service

The Service provides tools to configure AI voice agents with animated avatars, embed them on websites you control, and manage usage through a tenant portal. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan as described on the Pricing page.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • Each tenant workspace is tied to your Cognito account; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.

Acceptable use

  • Configure allowed embed domains and API keys to restrict where agents may run.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content or to impersonate others without consent.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, extract other tenants' data, or interfere with platform infrastructure.
  • You are responsible for prompts, knowledge-base documents, and how deployed agents interact with your users.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Free-tier limits apply until you upgrade; paid plans are billed through Stripe when checkout is enabled.
  • Fees and entitlements are as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Usage beyond plan limits may be blocked until the next period or until you upgrade.

AI outputs and avatars

Voice and text outputs are generated by third-party models (including Amazon Nova). We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or availability. Lip-sync avatars are visual aids synchronized to audio; they do not represent real individuals unless you configure them to do so with proper rights and disclosures.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the platform software, default avatar assets, and documentation. You retain rights in your prompts and uploaded knowledge-base content subject to the license you grant us to host and process that content to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
