What this platform is

AI Agent Avatar Platform is a multi-tenant SaaS for building embeddable AI assistants with real-time voice, lip-synced avatars, knowledge bases, and optional agent tools. You configure agents, publish a JavaScript widget to allowed domains, and monitor usage from a self-service portal.

Voice and text chat are powered by AWS generative AI services. When you attach a knowledge base, answers can be grounded in your uploaded documents using AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base retrieval. Text chat also supports reading allowed web pages and trial data files when those capabilities are enabled on an agent.

• Agent builder — System prompts, avatar and voice selection, domain allowlists, and per-agent toggles for knowledge base, URL fetch, and demo data
• Widget SDK — Embeddable text and voice chat with animated avatar; inline or floating display
• Knowledge bases — Upload markdown documents; AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base semantic search grounds answers in your content (text and voice)
• URL fetch — Pro and Enterprise plans can let agents read pages from HTTPS URLs you allowlist (text chat)
• Demo data (MVP) — Platform administrators can upload small CSV, text, or JSON files (including a sample 100-row warehouse inventory) so text-chat agents answer operational questions such as low-stock items or inventory by warehouse. Standard subscription workspaces do not have self-serve demo data yet; this is for guided product demos
• Usage dashboard — Chat messages, voice minutes, knowledge-base queries, tool usage, and demo-data activity
• API keys — Secure widget authentication for your embed
• Subscriptions — Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans with Stripe billing when configured (see Pricing)
• Admin portal — Separate operator console for customer workspace management and feature controls

We are actively building the following. They are not generally available yet and may change before release.

• Self-serve demo data — Upload trial data files on standard subscription plans (today limited to platform-admin demos)
• Voice + demo data — Ask inventory and file questions during voice sessions, not only text chat
• Web search — Live web results as an agent capability alongside URL fetch
• External integrations — Connect Jira, Slack, Gmail, databases, and custom APIs once per workspace; bind capabilities per agent
• Data Analytics Platform — A separate offering for large datasets and SQL-style analytics — distinct from the lightweight demo-data feature on this SaaS

What this platform is not

• A full business intelligence or SQL analytics product on the shared SaaS tier — demo data supports small-file Q&A only; enterprise analytics is a future separate platform
• A replacement for your own compliance, privacy, or industry-specific review processes
• A guarantee that AI-generated speech or text is accurate, unbiased, or suitable for every audience
• Legal or professional advice — configure guardrails and prompts for your use case

Accounts and security

Sign-up and sign-in use secure hosted authentication (email/password or federated sign-in when enabled). Workspace settings are stored in protected cloud infrastructure. Platform operators use a separate admin console with elevated access controls.

Shared cloud plans (Free, Standard, and Pro) do not include long-term conversation storage or configurable retention. Self-Hosted and Managed Dedicated Hosting include conversation retention with automatic clearing — see Pricing under Professional Services.

Demo data files are intended for trial demonstrations only, are automatically removed after 30 days for standard workspaces, and must not be used for production or sensitive personal data.
